The ADU Living Room is part of the great room space, maximizing the square footage to accommodate living, dining and kitchen spaces. With the built-in banquette seating the space was maximized allowing for the entire family to spend time together. The ceiling was raised to accommodate a clerestory window to bring natural light into the living space.

The ADU entry vestibule enhances the privacy in this small space. There is a partial height built-in coat closet display unit customized to show off the client's art collection. Down the hallway bookshelves were incorporated to accommodate the client's love of reading.

The Primary Bath in this ADU is designed for accessibility for the aging client. The curbless shower, and natural light provides a safe showering experience. The floor to ceiling window opens to a very private landscaped space, and the integrated niches tie neatly into the design of the walls.
